Here’s what’s happening around campus and with your PTSO:
- ☕ Hot Cocoa & Coffee Bar (Feb. 11) – Help treat our staff on the next Early Release Day! Sign up to donate NUT-FREE items or donate funds through Paypal. Drop items by Feb. 9 at 11am.
- 🎯 Help Us Reach Our Goal! – Your donations fund student tech fees, counseling resources and classroom support. Help us meet all 2026 grant requests by donating here or dropping off a check at the front office.
- 📘 Yearbook Deadline Jan. 31 – Order your 2025–26 yearbook and submit senior recognition ads by Jan. 31 at yearbookforever.com. Don’t miss out!

Staff Appreciation Coffee/Hot Chocolate Bar
The next Early Release Day is on Wednesday, Feb. 11. We're putting together a hot coffee/hot chocolate bar. There are items we need donated but we also need monetary donations so we can purchase the coffee and have it delivered hot for the event. You can donate money towards these items by using this link: Donate (paypal.com).
Please review the available slots here and click on the button to sign up. NOTE: All items must be NUT FREE!
All donated items should be dropped off in the front office by 11am Monday, Feb. 9. We will be sorting through all the donated items that morning to see what's missing so
please make sure anything you sign up for is in the office by that date. We also need volunteers from 10:15am to 1:30pm on Feb. 11 to help serve. Sign up to volunteer here.

Help Us Reach Our Goal!
The East Meck PTSO has fulfilled numerous grants with the money you have donated to our Direct Give fund. Your donations paid technology fees for students unable to pay, bought a fridge for our counselors, and provided an iPad for theatre.

Yearbook Deadline Jan. 31
There are only a couple days left to purchase a 2025-2026 yearbook. Go to yearbookforever.com to buy before the deadline, Jan. 31! |

Senior Ad Deadline Jan. 31
The last day to purchase a recognition ad in the yearbook for your senior is Jan. 31. It's a great way to put your own personal message for your child in the yearbook, and support the school as well. You upload your images and message, and they do the rest. Do this at the same website where you purchase the yearbook, yearbookforever.com. |
