Staff Appreciation Week
This year staff appreciation week is May 5th - 9th. The PTSO has planned a great week to show the East Meck staff just how much they are appreciated!
Monday 5/5: Lunch (Provided by PTSO)
Tuesday 5/6: Snack Cart
Wednesday 5/7: Sweet Treats
Thursday 5/8: School Supplies
Friday 5/9: Breakfast & Coffee Bar
Please help us give our staff members a week to remember! All donated items should be dropped off in the front office the day BEFORE the event. NOTE: All items must be NUT FREE!

Last PTSO Meeting of the Year
Our final PTSO meeting of the school year will be held in person and virtually on Tuesday, May 13 at 7:30 AM. Bus Driver Appreciation Day
Last Tuesday, the PTSO celebrated our bus drivers on Bus Driver Appreciation Day with snacks and notes of gratitude for all their hard work! |

IB Service Hours Due May 1
The deadline for logging IB service hours for the 2024-2025 school year is next Thursday, May 1, for freshmen, sophomores and juniors. Seniors should have had their hours completed prior to Spring Break. For more details, visit the IB website. |

Prom Parent Help Needed!
Junior Board is requesting our help making their prom great! Adult volunteers needed to serve food at the dance on Saturday, May 3, from 7-11pm at The Pine Venue. Please review the available slots on the SignUpGenius and click on the button to sign up.

Refresh the Nest!
The East Meck Nest needs a spring refresh! Please help by donating new or gently used spring-weather clothes and shoes. All sizes are welcome, but we especially need items in good condition for teens to wear now. Drop your donations off at the front office for the Nest. |

Support East Meck Students!
The PTSO is boosting our "Adopt a Senior" event, aimed at helping our graduating students with senior expenses. The East Meck community is a pillar of support, so help us ensure that every student is able to celebrate this achievement without financial stress.
