Multilingual Family Night
Join us this Thursday, April 11, from 5-7pm for Multilingual Family Night – a night for multilingual families who might not otherwise have access to services and information. Food trucks will be available and the Novant mobile health unit will be onsite to give vaccines.

PTSO Meeting April 16
The next PTSO meeting is on Tuesday, April 16 at 7:00 PM! This meeting will be virtual on Google Meet at this link: https://meet.google.com/jnh-qbco-pnb. Meeting documents coming soon. Everyone is welcome and we hope to see you there! |

Campus Cleanup
Join us Saturday, April 20, from 9am to 12pm to beautify the East Meck campus! It’s recommended that volunteers bring work gloves, and if possible, paintbrushes of various sizes for outside projects, flowers to plant, shovels, pitch forks, wheelbarrows, and lemonade or bottled water to share with other volunteers. We look forward to seeing you there!

Independence Library Programs
Independence Regional Library is hosting a Teen Writing Circle every Monday from 2:30-3:30pm that will meet on the front lawn. It is a drop-in program with no registration required. Click here for details.
The library is also hosting a Teen Media Program April 11 and 18. Participants will combine audio and photography to create a multimedia piece, inspired by the Living Archives project. Click here to register. |

Spirit Night
Enjoy Hawthorne’s Pizza for dinner AND support East Meck! All sales at the Old Post Road location on Thursday, April 18, from 4-8pm will earn money for the East Meck PTSO. Don’t forget to mention EAST MECK! |
