Thank you for your continued support of East Meck this year! The Nominating Committee is beginning the arduous task of establishing a new board for the 2024-25 school year. If you are interested in volunteering or if you have suggestions for possible recruits, please fill out this interest form. |

Multilingual Family Night
Save the date for Thursday, April 11, from 5-7pm for Multilingual Family Night – a night for multilingual families who might not otherwise have access to services and information. Food trucks will be available and the Novant mobile health unit will be onsite to give vaccines.

Hawthorne's Spirit Night
Join us at Hawthorne’s NY Pizza (6215 Old Post Road) on Thursday, March 14, from 4-8pm! A portion of dine-in and takeout sales will be donated to the PTSO. You must mention EAST MECK to participate! |

My School Votes Ambassador Program
When We All Vote is currently seeking motivated high school sophomores and juniors to apply for the 2024 My School Votes Ambassador program, which includes a stipend. The selected participants will be hired as Ambassadors and responsible for expanding the My School Votes network, registering their communities to vote, and building community with other civically engaged educators and students across the country. The deadline to apply is March 15, 2024. For details, visit the job posting. |
