PTSO Meeting
Our next PTSO meeting will be held in person and virtually on Tuesday, March 12, at 7:30am. In Person: Please sign in at the front office and then proceed to the Media Center! Virtually: Join us via Google Meet: https://meet.google.com/jnh-qbco-pnb. Everyone is welcome and we hope to see you there!

A huge thank you to Greater Life Church for joining with East Meck as a community partner and hosting the February staff meeting! Support East Meck staff for their March meeting next week. Please bring in fruit or chips to the front office by next Tuesday, March 12, labeled for Jessica Rodriguez.

The Nest Clothes Closet
East Meck created a clothes closet for students and their family members that is called The Nest. Clothes and shoes can be new or used in good condition. Please bring donations to the main office labeled for Paola Strand. Email questions to info@emptso.org. |

Hawthorne's Spirit Night
Join us at Hawthorne’s NY Pizza (6215 Old Post Road) on Thursday, March 14, from 4-8pm! A portion of dine-in and takeout sales will be donated to the PTSO. You must mention EAST MECK to participate! |

Direct Give Grant Recipients
The Direct Give campaign provided funds for the French Immersion Day event. As part of National French Week, 130 students experienced French culture with food and interactive workshops representing various regions of the French-speaking world.

Multilingual Family Night
Save the date for Thursday, April 11, from 5-7pm for Multilingual Family Night – a night for multilingual families who might not otherwise have access to services and information. Food trucks will be available and the Novant mobile health unit will be onsite to give vaccines. |
